Cabernet Sauvignon 25% - Two Blondes Vineyard - Yakima Valley, WA

Cabernet Sauvignon 12% - Weinbau Vineyard - Wahluke Slope, WA

Fermentation:  Stainless steel fermentation with daily punch downs and aerations.  Aged for 24 months in 225L French Oak Barrels (35% New).

This wine is a blend of Two Blondes Cabernet Franc, Two Blondes Cabernet Sauvignon and Weinbau Cabernet Sauvignon. Appealing scents of green herb, dark cherry and barrel spice are followed by plentiful cranberry and cherry flavors. It shows an exquisite sense of balance along with a lengthy finish.
