Varietal:  100% Cabernet Sauvignon,

Vineyard: Weinbau Vineyard - Block 10 - Wahluke Slope AVA, Washington State

Fermentation: Stainless steel fermentation with daily punch downs and aerations. Aged for 24 months in 225L French Oak Barrels (50% New).

Tasting Notes: Our flagship wine is a full bodied Cabernet that is elegant, yet powerful.  It’s nose entices you with aromas of cherry pipe tobacco and sweet jalapeno compote. The bright acidity unveils flavors of dusty red currant and bright tart cherry. The wine has a lengthy finish with firm dry tannins.
