2. The Point at which grapes turn color, signaling the onset of ripening.

Varietal:  100% Cabernet Sauvignon,

Vineyard:  Two Blondes Vineyard - Block 7 -  Yakima Valley AVA, Washington State

Fermentation:  Stainless steel fermentation with daily punch downs and aerations.  Aged for 22 months in 225L French Oak Barrels (50% New).

Tasting Notes:  This elegant Cabernet unfolds with layers of black cassis, savory Asian spices, boysenberry with a blueberry note. The vibrant acidity makes way to firm yet velvety tannins.
